Independent contractor agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of June 16, 2025, by and between:

• Property Owner: Jamaica

• Property Manager: Guylene Solon, located at Fairway Estate Ltd. Lot 74, Draxhall St. Ann ("Contractor") Jamaica

1. Services Provided

Setup Fee: $600 USD

• Vacation Rental consultations & guidance for pre launch 

• Design of a welcome and guide book include local recommendations (restaurants, attractions)

• Pre launch Listing optimization, organize imagery and update descriptions to provide clarity

• Pre Booking management

• Guest communication for inquiries

2. Term and Termination

 

This agreement begins on June 16, 2025 and will remain in effect until terminated by either party with [3] days written notice. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause.

3. Independent Contractor Status

The Property Manager is an independent contractor and is responsible for their own taxes, licenses, and *insurance. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
